Kur’ân’da 461 defa geçen bu kelime, başındaki elif lām harflerinin ʿahdīyye veya cinsīyye olmasına bağlı olarak farklı anlamlara delâlet etmektedir. Kur’ân-ı Kerim çevirilerinde bu hususa yeterince dikkat edilmemesi murad edilmeyen manaların ortaya çıkmasına yol açmaktadır. Söz konusu kelime, ele alınan Kürtçe meâllerde genellikle yeryüzü anlamında “erd”, “ser erdê” ve “ser rûyê” gibi ifadelerle tercüme edilmiştir. “el-ʾArḍ” kelimesinin bu şekilde anlamlandırılması bazı âyetlerin bağlamına uygun düşmemektedir. Uygun olmayan veya yanlış manaların önüne geçmek için kelimenin bu toprak “vê erdê”; toprak/yer “ax”; yurt “war”; yer “cih”; vatan, ülke, memleket “welat” ve oraya “li wir” anlamındaki ifadelerle karşılanması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, temel tefsir kaynaklarından hareketle kelimenin yeryüzü anlamında kullanılmadığı yerler belirlendikten sonra bunun sözü edilen meâllerde Kürtçe anlatıma uygun olmadığını veya hatalı bir şekilde çevrildiğini düşündüğümüz yerler tespit edilip gerekli durumlarda isabetli olduğunu düşündüğümüz tercüme önerilerine yer verilmiştir.In this study, the problem of translation of the word “al-ʾarḍ” in the “Wergera Maneya Qur’ana Pîroz” and “Sîwana Qur’anê” has been discussed. This word, which occurs 461 times in the Qur’ān, signifies different meanings depending on whether the letters alīf lām are ʿahdīyya or cinsīyya. Insufficient attention to this issue in Qur’anic translations leads to the emergence of unintended meanings. In the Kurdish translations, the word in question is usually translated with expressions such as “erd”, “ser erdê” and “ser rûyê” in the sense of the earth. This interpretation of the word “al-ʾarḍ” does not fit the context of some verses. In order to avoid inappropriate or incorrect meanings, the word should be translated as this land, “vê erdê”; land/place, “ax”; country, “war”; place “cih”; homeland, country, hometown, “welat” and there “li wir”. In this study, after determining the places where the word is not used in the sense of earth based on the basic tafsīr sources, the places where we think that this is not in accordance with the Kurdish expression or translated incorrectly in the aforementioned translations are identified and where necessary, translation suggestions that we think are accurate are included.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessDin BilimiDil Ve Dil BilimArticle
