At this study sheep, goats, lamps and cattle, raised in and around Van livers and gallways have been examined on the fascioliasis factors. Between 1st April 2006 and 31st September 2006, 14910 sheep, 5075 goats, 28372 lamps, 4810 cattle, which were slaughtered at slaughterhouse of Van E.B.K., livers and gallways have been examined on the fascioliasis factors. After slaughtered animals' livers and gallways had been cut verticaly once or twice parasites were put out by densing two sides of the organ. Some mature parasites putting out were collected, and put into the jars containing %70 of alcohol and sent to the parasitology laboratuvars for species identification. Further the violence of the infection was utilized by looking appearence of the livers. Parasites cleaning with the distile water species identification has been done either in macroscobic or binoculer light microscobs. Consequently ıt's determined that fascioliasis is widespreaded parasiter infection, 4.07 % among cattle, 1.35 % among the sheep, 1.24 % among the lamps', 0.35 % among the goats in and around Van. It's determined that infection is generally widespreaded among the male animals more than females, and the superior species causes infection is Fasciola hepatica, but the amount of the Fasciola gigantica's infection can't be ignored.
