Combined use of antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of essential hypertension is common. Using of these drugs for suicide does not seen so common. One of these combined drugs which are used in clinic is Angiotension Converting Enzyme inhibitors and calcium channel blockers. Sinus bradycardia, severe hypotension an AV blocks can be seen due to excessive using of these drugs. More serious outcome may occur if these conditions do not treated immediately.
