Örneklerin yaş cevizdeki ?- Tokoferol miktarları sırasıyla 2.36 ± 0.01 µg/g, 5.01 ± 0.31 µg/g, 6.23 ± 0.15 µg/g, 7.20 ± 0.28 µg/g, 3.99 ± 0.46 µg/g, 5.05 ± 0.30 µg/g ve ?-Tokoferol miktarlarıda bölgelere göre sırasıyla 23.80 ± 0.52 µg/g, 16.54 ± 1.08 µg/g, 14.82 ± 0.46 µg/g, 17.34 ± 0.78 µg/g, 11.91 ± 0.40 µg/g, 15.57 ± 0.90 µg/g olarak bulunmuştur.
