K X-rays emitted by samples have been counted by a Si (Li) detector with 160 eV resolutions at 5.9 keV. The measured values were compared with the theoretical and experimental values. In general, the values obtained are in good agreement with the calculated values. (C) 2017 The Egyptian Society of Radiation Sciences and Applications.
