In our research, the fruits were harvested acid analyzed during the ripening period in 1996. Some physical and chemical characteristics of cultivars were determined. Fruit weight was determined between 9.00-38.37 g, fruit width between 24.4843.60 mm, fruit length between 22.00-39.80 mm, pH between 4.71-5.54, total soluble solid contents between 11.9-24.30% and titratable acidity between 0.13-0.34%.
