The patient was a 40-year-old man whose rashes started after his childeren. developed varicella and who had a high fever, sputum and sputum with blood, cough, cold and shiver four days before admission. A treatment was commenced by an antiviral acyclovir and arnpiric ampiallin-sulbactam therapy. Although a supporting oxygen treatment, the patient whose oxygen saturation did not increase and respiratory rate was high was commenced by an invasive mechanical ventilation because of a respiratory failure.
