The patient was a 63-year-old male who was transferred from Van Closed Prison to Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Medicine Research and Application Hospital. Five alive larvae localized in different points of gingival region were observed during routine oral cleaning. These larvae belonged to Calliphoridae family.
