Sonra Cemil Meriç'in eğitim düşüncesi ele alındı.Cemil Meriç, Doğu'yu. ve Batı'yı insan beyninin iki yarım küresi olarak., gören Avrasyah bir şahsiyet olduğundan, önerdiği eğitim sistemi pek tabiî olarak 'kozmopolit eğitmedir. Cemil Meriç'in bu eğitim sistemiyle takip ettiği maksadı; dünya edebiyatım ve dünya düşüncesini kucaklayacak aydın insanların yetişmesidir. Bunun için yetişecek yeni nesillerin kendi dilini, dînini tarihini, geleneğini... kısaca kendi kültürünü öğrenmekle beraber, yabancı dili (özellikle bir Batı dili) ve yabancı eserleri ihmal etmemesi gerektiğini vurgular.Cemil Meriç yazar ve düşünür olmakla beraber, aynı zamanda bir öğretmen de olduğundan, onun görüşleriyle birlikte öğretmenlik uygulamalarına da yer verildi.
