NAA ve 2,4-D ile desteklenmiş MS ortamında hipokotil eksplantından embriyogenik kallus elde edilmiştir. BAP, IAA ve NAA ile desteklenmiş ortamlarda yaprak, hipokotil ve kotiledon öncelikle organogenik kallus elde edilmiştir. Organogenik kalluslardan adventif kök primordiyumları, daha sonra sürgün ve kök gelişimi sağlanmıştır. Somatik embriyogenez çalışmaları için en iyi sonuçlar, 1-2 mg/l NAA ile desteklenmiş MS ortamında hipokotil eksplantından elde edilmiştir. Organogenez için ise en iyi sonuçlar 0,5 mg/l BAP ve IAA ile desteklenmiş MS ortamında kotiledon eksplsntından elde edilmiştir. Embryogenik kalluslar sıvı ortamlara transfer edilerek proembriyo, globular, kalp, torpedo şekillerindeki embriyo öncülleri ve daha sonra olgun embriyolar elde edilmiştir. Seedlings were grown in 1 l jars. Hypocotyl, cotyledone, leaf and petiol, nod, shoot tip explants were excised from seedlings and incubated in MS, SH, B5 media supplemented with Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs). Embryogenic callus was produced from hypocotyl explant in MS medium supplemented with NAA and 2,4-D. At the beginning BAP produced callus. Later organogenic root and shoot were grown from callus. Later Adventitious root primordium was appeared from callus and adventitious shoot and root were grown from explant. The best conditions for somatic embriyogenesis is; MS medium supplemented with 1-2 mg/l NAA with hypocotyl explant. For organogenesis, MS medium supplemented with 0,5 mg/l BAP and IAA from cotyledone. Embryogenic calli were transferred to liquid medium and proembriyo, globular, heart, torpedo and mature embriyo were provided from liquid medium.
