Ses eğitimi dersi öğretmenlik mesleği için temel becerilerden biri olan sesin doğru kullanımı yetisini kazandırmak açısından önemli bir ders olmakla birlikte, bu dersin işleyişi sırasında çeşitli sorunlar ve zorluklarla karşılaşılmaktadır. Bu çalışma ses eğitimi dersinde karşılaşılan bu sorunların tespitine ve çözüm önerileri getirilmesine katkı sağlayarak, müzik öğretmeni adaylarının mesleki becerilerinin gelişimini desteklemeyi hedeflemektedir. Aynı zamanda hem öğrencilerin hem de öğretim elemanlarının eğitim sürecinden en yüksek verimi almalarını sağlanmasının önemine vurgu yapılmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Tabakalı örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen araştırmanın çalışma grubu; Türkiye'nin farklı bölgelerinde Eğitim Fakültesi Müzik Eğitimi Ana bilim Dallarında ses eğitimi dersi veren 7 öğretim elemanı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak dersi veren öğretim elemanlarıyla yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin analizi tema-kod yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Eğitim Fakültesi Müzik Eğitimi Ana bilim Dalında okutulan ses eğitimi dersinde öğretim elemanları çeşitli kaynaklar kullanmakta olup, kullanılan kaynakların yetersiz olduğu ve üniversitelerin ortak repertuvarlarının olmadığı, karşılaşılan başlıca sorunlar, ders süresinin yetersizliği, korrepetitör eksikliği ve öğrenci seviyelerinin düşüklüğü sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğrenci seviyesinin düşük olması 800.000 barajından kaynaklandığı düşünülmektedir. Çözüm önerileri arasında ders süresinin uzatılması ve ses sağlığı problemlerinin giderilmesi yer almaktadır. While the voice training course is crucial for developing the skill of using the voice correctly, which is a fundamental ability for the teaching profession, various challenges and difficulties are encountered during the course. This study aims to contribute to identifying these issues in the voice training course and to offering solutions, thereby supporting the professional development of music teacher candidates. It also emphasizes the importance of ensuring that both students and instructors gain the maximum benefit from the educational process. The research utilizes content analysis, one of the qualitative research methods. The study group, selected using the stratified sampling method, consists of seven instructors teaching the voice training course in Music Education Departments of Education Faculties in different regions of Turkey. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the instructors as the data collection tool. The data were analyzed using the theme-code method. As a result of the research, it was found that instructors in the Music Education Department of the Faculty of Education use various resources in the voice training course, but these resources are insufficient, and there is no shared repertoire among universities. The main problems identified include the inadequate duration of the course, the lack of accompanists, and the low student skill levels. It is believed that the low student level is due to the 800,000-barrier threshold. Proposed solutions include extending the course duration and addressing vocal health issues.
