From 10 different locations, a total of 100 soil samples were taken from rhizosphere area of melon plants. It was also determined that 52% of these plants were colonized by arbuscular-mycorhizal fungi and were able to establish symbiotic relationship in variable ranges (4.5 to 37.8%) Glomus intraradices and Glomus mosseae were two identified AMF.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessArbuscular-Mycorhizal Fungi (Amf)MelonGlomus IntraradicesGlomus MosseaeVanDetection of Species Diversity of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (Amf) Classic and Molecular Methods From the Melon (Cucumis Melo L.)
