İşte bu inisiyatifli yapının ismi, bilinçtir.For an addition to studies focusing on the nature and source of the consciousness, this research claims that consciousness is an initiative construction and defines consciousness as an initiative mental component that occurs due to the living-neural activity of an operational organ such as the brain. This research is an attempt to connect consciousness as an initiative structure to the flexibility of the brain's living bio-chemical circuit systems, which are established in line with the needs and purposes arising from the neuroplasticity nature of the brain, producing feelings, thoughts and calculations. The neural and synaptic structures in the hardware of the brain are variable with the effect of experiences and its property of plasticity, besides it initiates new processes in line with needs and purposes. Therefore, the brain, with its neuroplasticity property establishes renewed nerve cells and synaptic connections, and turns into an operational power over its own body and environment with its circuit systems. In addition to this, an individual's number equal to 1 means that their phenomenal experiences are also equal to 1. As the fact: experiences are limited to the individual and quantitatively equal to 1 means that the individual's brain map is also equal to 1. Thus, unique connectomes and mental subjects emerge, none alike. Reaching a unique structure like the subject creates a space of freedom for the individual. Therefore as being separate from everything due to its phenomenal consciousness, the subject gains the advantage of interpreting its environment according to itself and begins to transform the world from a unique point of view. In this sense, something that is marginal has an initiative, however it is limited, it possesses an area of freedom which is meant to have the right to occupy its surroundings.
