Bu çalışmanın evrenini Van ilinde takım sporu yapan bireyler oluşturmakta olup; örneklemini ise 13-16 yaş aralığında bulunan ve takım sporu yapan 210 sporcudan oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modelinde hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Kişisel Bilgi Formu, 'Elit Sporcu Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği (ESÖBÖ) ve Çocuklar İçin Öz yeterlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Normallik homojenlik testi sonucu verilerin normal bir dağılıma göstermedi tespit edilmiştir. İkili grupları verilerin değerlendirmesinde Independent-Sample t testi, ikiden fazla gruplar için One-Way Anova ve testi uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS 25.0 istatistik paket programı kullanıldı. Anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak belirlenmiştir. Sporcular İçin Özyeterlik Ölçeği Spor yapma düzeyine göre Amatör Ligde oynayanlar spor yapma düzeyi bölgesel amatör ligde ve 3. Ligde oynayan sporculara göre anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu görüldü (p<0,05). Diğer değişkenlerin ise Yaş, Eğitim Durumu, Spor Yılı, Anne Eğitim Düzeyi, Baba Eğitim Düzeyi, Ailenin Aylık Geliri açısından istatistiksel olarak herhangi anlamlı bir farklılık görülmedi (p>0,05). Örgütsel Bağlılık Uyuşum Alt Boyutlarında ise Aile Aylık Gelirinde Uyuşum alt boyutunda 1000-3000 TL gelire sahip olanların 3000-5000 TL, 5000 TL ve üstü gelire sahip olanlara göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılığın olduğu tespit edildi (p>0,05). Diğer değişkenler açısından ise herhangi anlamlı bir farklılık görülmedi (p>0,05). Sonuç olarak; Amatör Ligde oynayanların bölgesel amatör ligde ve 3. Ligde oynayan sporculara göre öz yeterlilikleri daha yüksek olduğu görüldü. Örgütsel Bağlılık Uyuşum alt boyutunda ise düşük gelire sahip olanların lehine bir sonuç tespit edildi.The purpose of this study is to Examine the Self-Efficacy and Organizational Commitment Levels of Team Sports Participants. The population of this study consists of individuals who do team sports in Van; The sample consists of individuals between the ages of 13-16 who play 210 team sports. The research was prepared in the relational screening model, one of the quantitative research methods. The Personal Information Form prepared by the researcher includes the 'Elite Athlete Organizational Commitment Scale (ESÖBÖ) and the Self-Efficacy Scale for Children. As a result of the normality and homogeneity test, it was determined that the data had a normal distribution, and Independent-Sample t test was applied for double groups and One-Way Anova and test were applied for more than two groups. SPSS 25.0 statistical package program was used to analyze the data. Self-Efficacy Scale for Children According to the level of sports participation, it was observed that there was a significant difference between the athletes playing in the Amateur League and the athletes playing in the regional amateur league and the 3rd League (p <0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in terms of Age, Educational Status, Sports Years, Mother's Education Level, Father's Education Level, and Monthly Income of the Family (p>0.05). In the Compatibility Sub-Dimensions of Organizational Commitment, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference between those with an income of 1000-3000 TL and those with an income of 3000-5000 TL and 5000 TL and above in the Compatibility in Family Monthly Income sub-dimension (p>0.05). There was no significant difference in terms of other variables (p>0.05). In conclusion; It was observed that the athletes playing in the Amateur League had higher self-efficacy than the athletes playing in the regional amateur league and the 3rd League.
