Methods: A case of severe acute bilateral angle closure glaucoma with visual blurring after oral topiramate therapy. Results: This case was successfully managed by discontinuing topiramate and by starting anti-glaucoma medication. Intraocular pressure, acute transient myopia, and anterior chamber depth were normalized.
