The patient presented with a slowly growing painless epibulbar mass. The paucicellular tumor included stellate and spindle-shaped cells, mast cells, and dilated lymphatic channels embedded in a loose collagenous matrix. The differential diagnosis of conjunctival myxoma should include tumors that have myxoid patterns and richly myxoid malignant neoplasms.
