Under global Lipschitz condi-tion, existence and uniqueness of solution for stochastic neutral-type integro-differential neural net-works with sem-Markovian switching and random time delay are shown. Basing on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and stochastic analysis technique, exponential stability in the pth-moment and exponential stability in the mean square are established.
