Yapılan çalışma kapsamında hizmet sektörü çalışanlarının iş motivasyonlarının COVID 19'dan nasıl etkilendiği tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi Dursun Odabaş Tıp Merkezi'nde çalışan farklı meslek grupları üzerinde yapılmıştır. Çalışma sırasında nicel yöntemlerden yararlanarak anket tekniği ile veri toplanmıştır. 410 çalışana çevrimiçi anket uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan anketin birinci bölümde demografik özelliklere yönelik sorular, İkinci bölümde COVID 19 korkusuna yönelik sorular ve üçüncü bölümde ise iş motivasyonuna yönelik sorular yer almıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS-20 istatistik paket programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler neticesinde çalışanların COVID 19'dan kısmen korktukları tespit edilmiştir. Çalışanların iş motivasyonlarının düştüğü görülmüştür. Hastanede çalışan hekim, idari personel, sağlık çalışanları ve sürekli işçilerin COVID 19 korkusu ile iş motivasyonları arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma sağlık sektöründe farklı statülerde hizmet veren işgörenlerin pandemi şartlarında çalışırken nasıl etkilendiklerini ortaya koyması bakımından önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Çalışma sonucunda hizmet sektörü çalışanlarının iş motivasyonlarına yönelik çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.In this study, the effect of fear of COVID 19 on service sector employees was investigated. Within the scope of the study, it was tried to determine how the work motivations of service sector employees were affected by the coronavirus. The study was conducted on different occupational groups working at Yüzüncü Yıl Dursun Odabaş Medical Center. During the study, data were collected by questionnaire technique, one of the quantitative methods. An online survey was administered to 410 employees. In the second part, there are questions about the fear of COVID 19. In the third part, questions about work motivation were asked. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS-20 statistical package program. As a result of the analyzes made, it has been determined that the employees are partially afraid of COVID 19. Recently, it has been observed that the work motivation of the employees has decreased. It has been determined that there is a negative relationship between the fear of COVID 19 and work motivations of physicians, administrative staff, health workers and permanent workers working in the hospital. This study has created quite inclusive data in terms of revealing how the employees working in the health sector in different statuses are affected while working under pandemic conditions.
