    Catheter Related Pneumomediastinum

    Central venous catheterization is usually used in situations such as major blood loss or where myocardial function is impaired. Pneumomediastinum is a rarely seen event associated with central venous catheterization. In this presentation, we wanted to highlight the importance of radiographic control in unrecognized cases with pneumomediastinum developed after repeated catheterizations.
