Article Instability in Semiconductors With Deep Traps in the Presence of Strong (Μ ± H>>c) External Magnetic Field(2011) Hasanov, E.R.; Hosseyn, P.N.; Panahov, A.Z.; Demirel, A.I.The unstable wave in semiconductors with certain deep traps in the presence of external constant electric and strong magnetic fields has been theoretically investigated. The wave frequency and increment are found. The interval of magnetic field and critical value of electric field of the instability appearance have been determined.
