Article Mixed Type Adrenal Cyst: a Case Report(Yuzuncu Yil Universitesi Tip Fakultesi, 2015) Bulut, G.; Bulut, M.D.; Yilmaz, D.; Celik, S.; Toprak, N.Adrenal cysts are rare lesions that usually progress asymptomatically. They are often determined postmortem. Our case was a 50-year old-male who had presented to our clinic with upper right quadrant pain. The computed tomography demonstrated a cystic mass in the adrenal gland. No abnormalities were determined in the laboratory tests. According to the histopathological and immunohistochemical examination, the cyst was evaluated as a mixed-type adrenal cyst, the wall of which was covered with endothelium, mesothelium and cubic epithelium. We believed that the case was worth presenting, since it was the first diagnosed mixed-type adrenal cyst in the literature. © 2015, Yuzuncu Yil Universitesi Tip Fakultesi, Universitas Indonesia. The diagnostic dilemma of solitary CNS melanoma is whether it is primary. Primary CNS malignant melanoma has more favorable prognosis than metastatic disease according to the published reports in the literature. Primary melanoma of the CNS may occur as intra-axial or extra-axial mass lesions or may be presented as meningeal spread. We describe the clinical features of 23-year-old male patient with solitary cerebral melanoma, including magnetic resonance imaging and histopathologic findings in light of literature. © 2013 Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc.
