Investigation of the Energy Economy of a Residance Heating System Coupled With Solar Energy System in Van
Abstract
Bu çalısmada günes enerjisinden faydalanma yolları incelenerek, bir konutun kullanma sıcak su ihtiyacının karsılanması ve kıs konumunda günes enerjisinden elde edilen sıcak su ile kalorifer kazanından yıllık tabanda saglanabilecek enerji tasarrufu arastırılmıstır. Çalısmada ele alınan konut için ısıtma tesisatı, standartlara ve ilgili yönetmeliklere baglı kalınarak projelendirilmistir. Konutun ısıl ihtiyacı tespit edilerek ısıtma tesisatına ait cihaz seçimleri yapılmıstır. Daha sonra mevcut sisteme günes enerjili sıcak su hazırlama sisteminin adaptasyonu saglanarak geleneksel ısıtma sistemiyle ekonomik olarak karsılastırılması yapılmıstır. Sistem tasarımı için TS 2164 ?Kalorifer Tesisatı Projelendirme Kuralları?, TS 825 ?Binalarda Isı Yalıtım Kuralları? kullanılmıstır. Isıtma tesisatının projeye aktarılmasında yaygın olarak kullanılan AutoCAD programından faydalanılmıstır. Tesisata ait boru tasarımı ve devri daim pompalarının seçiminde MTH programından yaralanılmıstır. Söz konusu konutta günes enerji destekli ısıtma sisteminin kurulması ve klasik ısıtma sistemiyle saglanan enerji tasarrufunun simülasyonunu yapmak amacıyla T*SOL Pro 4.4 programı kullanılmıstır. Program sayesinde seçilen yakıttan elde edilen tasarruf ve sistem verim sonuçları grafiksel olarak elde edilmistir. Materyal ve yöntemler ısıgında bina ısıl ihtiyacı ve buna karsılık seçilen ısıtma kazanı 52000 kcal/h kapasitesindedir. Sıcak su ihtiyacını karsılaması yönünden hesaplanan gerekli kollektör yüzey alanı 3.79 m² olmustur. Günes enerji destekli ısıtma sisteminin bu ihtiyaca ilave edilmesiyle gerekli kollektör yüzey alanı 4.81 m²'ye yükselmistir. Simülasyon programı verileri, incelenen konutun Van ilinde yıllık tabanda 362.1 lt yakıt tasarrufu sagladıgını göstermistir. Bu sonuç, kurulan sistemin dokuz yıl içerisinde ilk kurulum maliyetini karsıladıgını göstermesi açısından önemlidir.
In this study, alternative ways of solar energy in a heating system was examined. For this research, first a house model was designed with solar energy system, than energy economy was calculated for this heating installation. Heating installation of this house was projected according to general rules and standarts. After establishing the thermal needs of the house, heating apparatus were selected. Finally, the solar energy system was included in the heating installation and was compared with the traditional heating system in the terms of energy savings. For desinging the system several standarts were used. Heating installation of the house was projected by AutoCAD. Pipe installation was projected by the program that name was MTH. Solar energy system that was used in this house was simulated by T*SOL Pro 4.4 software program. We could compared with the traditional heating system in the terms of energy savings by T*SOL Pro 4.4 program. Materials and process were gave us the thermal needs of the house about 52000 kcal/h.
