Abstract
Throughout history, technology has continuously evolved and developed by constantly renewing itself. The areas where technology is used have also increased in the period we live in. Obtaining data with high accuracy, storing this data in appropriate areas and transforming it into appropriate information for people's needs have become easier with the development of technology. These developments have made design and applications in landscape projects more suitable and applicable worldwide with the innovations brought by technology. Especially in spatial modeling, more precise data has become available with remote sensing support. Within the scope of the study, it is aimed to create a 3D digital surface model of historical structures before carrying out landscape projects and planning studies and to carry out the studies to be carried out with this model in a more precise, detailed manner and in accordance with the historical visual of the structure. In this context, a model has been put forward in which detailed studies will be carried out on the land by creating a precise digital surface model of the land with Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) supported measurements. As a result, with this model presented in the selected Ayanis Castle (Van) example, it is aimed to create an exemplary digital base data for landscape projects and related analysis studies (such as slope, aspect, height, view, hydrological features).
