    Research of Possibility the Transformation and the Sensitive of Antibiotic at Some Gram Negative Microorganisms in Belonging of Enterobacteriaceae Groups Isolated From Seawer Waters

    Bu çalışmada Kampüs alanındaki kanalizasyon sularından izole edilenEnterobacteriaceae üyelerine ait bazı Gram negatif bakterilerden Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp. ve Enterobacter spp. suşlarına disk diffüzyonmetoduyla antibiyogram testi yapıldı. İmipenem, amphicillin, sulbactam amphicillin,ceftazidime, chloramphenicol, nitrofurantoin, streptomycin, tetracycline ve metronidazoleantibiyotikleri denendi.Çalışmada Bergey's Manuel of Determinative Bacteriology'e göre izolasyonu yapılantoplam 235 bakteri üzerinde çalışıldı. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp. veEnterobacter spp. suşlarının tümünde denenen antibiyotiklerden imipeneme karşı yüksekseviyede duyarlılık gözlendi. Ayrıca en yüksek antibiyotik dirençliliği Escherichia coli'deamphicillin, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp. ve Enterobacter spp. suşlarında isemetronidazol olduğu test edildi. Transformasyon testlerinde verici olarak Escherichia coliZPC21 suşu, alıcı olarak ise Escherichia coli ZPC37 suşu kullanıldı.
