Article Dynamics of Changes of Ache Contents in Some Hypothalamic Nuclei After Different Periods of Food Deprivation and Regime(Mrs Pushpa Agarwal, 2006) Temur, Atilla; Atli, Mustafa; Askerov, Fahrettin; Kadimova, Suleyman; Karadag, HuseyinThe contents of acetylcholinesterase were determined by quantitative cytophotometric method in neuron organization of lateral nucleus (LN), ventro-medial nucleus (VMN), paraventricular nucleus and supraoptic nucleus of hypothalamus after different periods of food deprivation and restoration of food regime. The obtained results have shown that cholinergic mediator system of LN is responsible for the perception and switching on the central regulation mechanisms of food motivation. The neurotransmitter system of VMN is necessary for gradual realization of energetic sources of the organism.Article Morphological Changes in Sensomotor, Limbic and Orbital Cerebral Cortex Under Different Levels of Food Motivation(2008) Temur, Atilla; Karadağ, Hüseyin; Temur, H. Bayram; Askerov, FahrettinBu çalışmanın amacı, besin motivasyonunun farklı düzeylerinde sensomotor, limbic ve cerebral kortekste meydana gelen morfolojik değişliklerin araştırılmasıdır. Article Protein Changes in Neurons and Glias in Same Centers of Hypothalamus at Food Motivation(2007) Atlı, Mustafa; Temur, Atilla; Askerov, FahrettinIn this study, the morphological alteration of proteins in neurons and glias at some centers of hypothalamus during the period of food motivation has been analyzed. There is a correlation between morphological changes occurred in the neurons of lateral and ventromedial centers of hypothalamus and their functional properties. There is also o close correlation between physicochemical methods occurred in protein molecules and the function of lateral and ventromedial centers. In our study, we have additionally determined a short-termed correlation between protein molecules and functional system of food.
