Aqueous Tpgs-750 Synthesis of Pyrano[2,3-C] a Sustainable and Efficient Approach

The article describes a green and efficient synthesis method for pyrano[2,3-c]-pyrazoles, employing DL-alpha-tocopherol methoxypolyethylene glycol succinate solution (TPGS-750-M) as a green and biodegradable surfactant in water. The utilization of water as a reaction medium and TPGS-750-M as a surfactant obviates the necessity for organic solvents, thereby enhancing the environmental sustainability of the synthesis. The compounds synthesized using this novel method was characterized using various spectroscopic techniques, including 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and mass spectrometry.

Pirano[2,3-c] pirazol sentezi için temiz ve daha ekonomik bir protokol, oda sıcaklığında sulu koşullarda geleneksel olmayan doğal katalizör olarak E vitamini (TPGS-750-M) kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. TPGS-750-M katalizör özelliklerinin incelenerek pirano[2,3-c] pirazol eldesi reaksiyonunda kullanılabilirliğini tespit edilmesi ve optimum reaksiyon şartlarını belirlenmiştir. Bu tez sonucunda çevreci bir metodoloji olarak geleneksel katalizörlerin kullanıldığı reaksiyonlara alternatif bir yöntem literatüre eklenmiştir.
