Article Magnetoresistivity Properties and Effective Activation Energy in Yba2cu3o7-Ρ Superconducting Thin Film(World Scientific Publ Co Pte Ltd, 2006) Demirel, Ali Ihsan; Orak, SalimThe resistive properties and activation energy of YBa2Cu3O7-delta (YBCO) superconducting materials change in magnetic field. It is explained that magnetoresistive behavior in terms of the presence of two-dimensional vortices being pinned effectively when they are perpendicular to the CuO2 planes and an exponential behavior of the activation energy versus the applied field was obtained. The amplitude and the frequency of current oscillations in the second approximation have been found by the method of Bogoliubov-Mitropolski. The dependence of the amplitude of current oscillations on electric field strength has been investigated. The amplitude and frequency of current oscillations on the in here and elsewhere have been calculated in a typical experiment.
