    Çeşitli Dihidropirimidin Türevlerinin Sentezi

    Dibenzoilmetan, aromatik aldehitler ve tiyoüre kullanılarak Biginelli reaksiyonu olarak bilinen üç komponentli siklokondenzasyon reaksiyonu ile çeşitli dihidropirimidin türevi bileşikler elde edildi. Daha önce çalışma grubumuz tarafından sentezlenen 5-benzoil-4-(3-nitro)fenil-6-fenil-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-tiyoksopirimidin (1), 5-bennzoil-4,6-difenil-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-tiyoksopirimidin (2) ve 5-benzoil-4-(4-karboksi)fenil-6-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-tiyoksopirimidin bileşiklerinin yapılarında bulundurdukları kükürt atomu üzerinden Eschenmoser reaksiyonu olarak da bilinen episülfit halkası üzerinden alken oluşma reaksiyonu üzerine çalışıldı. Sentezlenmiş olan dihidropirimidin türevlerinin yapıları analitik ve spektroskopik yöntemlerle karakterize edildi ve reaksiyon mekanizmaları tartışıldı.     Symptomatic Cavernous Angiomas Extending Into the Lateral Ventricle Report of Three Cases

    The clinical, neuroradiological and histopathological features of cavernous angiomas of the lateral ventricle are presented, based on an analysis of symptomatic, histopathologically verified three cases. Three cases were admitted with clinical evidence of haemorrhage. The vascular malformations were also totally excised in these three cases. All of cases were uneventful in the postoperative stage.
