    A case of neurobrucellosis with coma. A case of brucellosis with coma, focal epileptic seizure, encephalopathy, depression, parkinsonism and pancreatic involvement is presented. The 25-year-old male patient was succesfully treated with rifampin, doxycycline and ceftriaxone.
