Other Bir Oğlakta Konjenital Kolo-veziko-üretral Fistül, Atrezia Koli, Rektal Agenezis ve Atrezia Ani Olgusu(Chartered Inst. of Building Services Engineers, 2017) Yildirim, S.; Karasu, A.; Gençcelep, M.; Çakmak, G.The material of this case was a four days old male Coloured Angora Goat with congenital anomaly. The purpose of this study was to present findings of congenital colo-vesico-urethral fistula and atresia coli, rectal agenesis and atresia ani clinically, radiographically, macroscopically and histopathologically. According to the clinical examination; anus did not form, animal was dehydrated and not able to get to its feet and had abdominal tension. Besides, few amounts of unclear urine and meconium were present in preputium. By taking into consideration these findings, it was decided to make surgical operation on suspicion of fistula presence between gastrointestinal system and urinary bladder. The animal died during operation. Subsequent to necropsy, colon was swollen and observed at the cranial of pelvis ending bluntly. The blunt end of colon adhered to both urinary bladder and urethra. In order to diagnosis anomaly, samples were obtained from the region where fistulas were present. According to histopathological examination, fistula formation of colon separately to both urethra and urinary bladder was observed. Observing congenital of colo-vesico-urethral fistula, atresia coli, rectal agenesis and atresia ani all in one only in materials rare and may present a good sample for congenital anomaly cases. © 2017, Chartered Inst. of Building Services Engineers. All rights reserved.Article Determination of the Closure Time of Growth Plates of Tibia-Fibula in Colored Mohair Goat's Kids by Radiography(2012) Alpdogan, O.; Gençcelep, M.In the present study, closure times of growth plates of tibia-fibula in mohair coloured goat kids were aimed to determine by radiography. For this purpose, a total of 20 mohair coloured goat kids (10 male, 10 female) were used. Body weights of the kids, sacrum height determined and tibia-fibula radiographies were taken monthly for 17 months. The first signs of the closure in the growth plates were the opaque areas developed in the middle radiolucent growth line up to across region through epiphysis. Full closure times were changed between 2 to 5 months in male and female goads. Full closure in the proximal plates occurred 14 month in females and 15 month in males. On the other hand, full closure in the distal plates occurred 16 month in females and 17 month in males. Therefore, distal growth plates closure of the tibia-fibula occurred latter compared proximal plates. © 2012 Academic Journal Inc.Other Köpeklerde Prostatın Ultrasonografik ve Radyografik Bulgularının Karşılaştırılması(2000) Atasoy, N.; Alkan, İ.; Aslan, L.; Gençcelep, M.; Bakır, B.Bu çalışmada 2-7 yaş arasında 3'ü prostatomegali'li, 17' si sağlıklı 20 adet erkek melez köpek kullanıldı. Radyolojik tetkiklerden ultrasanografik muayene; B-mode, real time, 5.0 MHz'lik sektör prob'lu cihazla, radyografi ise direki, negatif ve pozitif kontrast teknikleriyle gerçekleştirildi. Direkt veya negatif kontrast tekniklerde prostat bezinin simetrisini belirlemek için üretraya radyoopak kateter yerleştirildi. Radyografiyle yalnız pelvik çatının kranialinde bulunan prostat bezlerinin görüntüleri alına-bilirken pelvik çatı içerisindeki bezlerin görüntülerinin probun kaudale doğ%Ujaçılandınlmasıyla alınması ultra-sonografinin avantajı Aarak değerlendirildi. Prostatomegali; bez boyutlarındaki artışın ultrasonografi ve radyografi ile belirlenmesiyle tespit edildi ve klinik*^ muayene yöntemleriyle de desteklendi.
