Article The Peculiarities of the Electrical and Thermo Electrical Properties of P-Type Ag2te(1999) Demirel, A.I.; Aliev, S.A.; Aliev, F.F.; Guseynov, F.Z.; Orak, S.The electrical and thermoelectrical properties of p-type Ag2Te have been investigated. Various peculiarities were observed: the minimum (at T≈65 K) and maximum (at T≈200 K) on the temperature dependence of conductivity σ(T); the weak dependence of Hall coefficient R(T) (in 200-300 K range) and the maximum (at T≈100 K and 250 K) on the temperature dependence of thermal power α0(T). The investigation results were interpreted by two-bands model. It is shown that mentioned peculiarities have been stimulated by the narrow gap of Ag2Te and its temperature dependence.Article Δ(e2/M1) Mixing Ratios for Some Even-Even Tungston Isotopes and Rotational Limit(1997) Orak, S.Low-lying level study of even-even Wolfram is made by the use of IBM-I. It's found that these low-lying levels have rotational natural which corresponds to SU(3) limit of IBM-1. δ(E2/M1) multipole mixing ratios of transitions in 182,184,186W nuclei are also calculated via IBM-1 with SU(3) symmetry limit. Agreement of calculated values with experimental results are found. It's also possible to extend this method to calculate the other physical concepts belong to these nuclei. © Tübi̇tak.
