The Effect of the Facade Features of Historical Landscape Elements on User Perception: Van Gevaş Case

Bu çalışmada Van ilinin Gevaş ilçesinde bulunan Akdamar Kilisesi, İzzettin Şir Camii, Halime Hatun Kümbeti, Altınsaç Köyü Kiliseleri, St. Thomas Kilisesi, Garmravank Kilisesi ve Deveboynu Manastırı olmak üzere 7 adet kültürel miras değeri taşıyan tarihi yapının cephe özelliklerinin kullanıcı algısı üzerine etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma 412 kullanıcı tarafından doldurulmuş anket çalışmasıyla hazırlanmıştır. Anket sonuçları üzerine faktör analizi uygulanarak üç gruba ayrılmıştır. Faktör 1, cephesi hiçbir şekilde restorasyon ve onarım görmemiş aksine tahribatlara maruz kalmış fotoğraflardan oluşmaktadır. Faktör 2 ise süreç boyunca çeşitli restorasyon ve onarım çalışmaları yapılmış, cephelerin büyük bir kısmı sağlam şekilde günümüze ulaşmış yapıların fotoğraflarından oluşmuştur. Faktör 3 ise diğer yapılardan farklı nitelikteki Selçuklu mimarisine ait bir yapı olan İzzettin Şir Camii'sinin cephe fotoğraflarından oluşmaktadır. Yapılarda mevcut olan çatı kısmı ve çevresinde bulunan boylu bitkilerin, kullanıcı beğenisinde fazlaca olumlu etkisi olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarında yapıların korunması, restorasyon ve onarım çalışmalarının yapılmasına ihtiyaç olduğu ve çevre düzenlemelerinde boylu bitkilerin eklenmesi gerektiği ortaya konmuştur.
