Abstract

Ağız araştırmaları Türk dili içerisinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Son yıllarda hemen her yörenin ağız özelliğinin yavaş yavaş kaybolduğu bilinen bir gerçektir. Bu bağlamda teknolojik gelişmelerden olumsuz bir şekilde etkilenen bu çalışmaların, bir an önce tamamlanması ve henüz çalışması yapılmamış yörelerin bir an önce kayıt altına alınması noktasında derlemelerin hız kazanması gerekmektedir. Çalışmada Bitlis'in Ahlat İlçesi'ne bağlı bazı köylerden (Seyrantepe, Çatalağzı, Uludere) elde edilen derleme metinler ışığında yöreye özgü dil özellikleri ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Söz konusu çalışmada bu köylerin dikkate alınmasının sebebi daha önceki ağız araştırmalarında bu köylere yeteri kadar yer verilmemesindendir. Oysa yöre halkının kullandığı farklı yapı ya da sözcükler Türk dilinin söz varlığı, ağız araştırmalarının vazgeçilmezi derleme sözlüğü ve yapılacak olan ağız atlası için önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde yörenin tarihi, coğrafi konumu ve adının kaynağı hakkında bilgiler yer almaktadır. Birinci bölümde, derlenen metinler üzerinden yörenin dil özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bu bölüm de ses ve şekil bilgisi olarak iki ana başlık altında değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, yöreden derlenen metinler Türk Dil Kurumunun tavsiye ettiği çeviriyazı işaretleri kullanılarak yazıya aktarılmıştır. Son bölümde de yöreye özgü bazı sözcüklerin ya da bilinen sözcüklerin farklı biçimlerinin bulunduğu sözlük yer almaktadır.

Dialect researches have an important place in Turkish language. In recent years, it is a known fact that the dialectal features of almost every region have gradually disappeared. In this context, these studies, which are adversely affected by technological developments, should be completed as soon as possible and compilations should gain momentum in order to record the regions that have not yet been studied. In this study, the language features specific to the region were revealed in the light of the compilation texts obtained from some villages (Seyrantepe, Çatalağzı, Uludere) in Ahlat District of Bitlis. The reason why these villages were taken into consideration in this study is that these villages were not sufficiently included in previous dialect studies. However, the different structures or words used by the local people are important for the vocabulary of the Turkish language, the compilation dictionary, which is indispensable for dialect research, and the dialect atlas to be made. In the introduction part of the study, there is information about the history, geographical location and the source of the name of the region. In the first chapter, the language features of the region are analysed through the compiled texts. This section is analysed under two main headings as phonology and morphology. In the second part, the texts compiled from the region were transcribed using the translation marks recommended by the Turkish Language Institution. In the last part, there is a glossary containing some words specific to the region or different forms of known words.
