Hakkâri İli Geometridae (Lepidoptera) Türleri Üzerine Taksonomik ve Moleküler Araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışma, 2019-2023 yılları arasında Hakkâri il çevresi de dâhil; Yüksekova, Şemdinli, Çukurca ve Derecik ilçelerinde toplam 44 farklı istasyonda Geometridae familyası üzerine gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma bölgesinden söz konusu familyadan Desmobathrinae, Ennominae, Geometrinae, Larentiinae ve Sterrhinae altfamilyalarına ait 67 cinsten 145'i tür düzeyinde, toplamda 153 takson belirlenmiştir. Rhodostrophia peripheres Prout, 1938, Triphosa silviae Wanke, Hausmann & Rajaei, 2019, Eupithecia thurnerata Schütze,1958 ve Eupithecia zagrosata Mironov & Ratzel, 2012 türleri Türkiye faunasına yeni olarak kaydedilmiştir. Bununla birlikte, Charissa cinsine ait üç, Idaea cinsinde iki, Eupithecia ve Cyclophora cinslerinden birer tür olmak üzere, yedi takson cins kategorisinde değerlendirilmiştir. Günümüze kadar dişisi bilinmeyen Nychiodes rayatica için alandan tespit edilen bir dişi allotip olarak seçilmiş ve tanımlanmıştır. Çalışma alanından toplanan Scopula semnana populasyonu içerisinde incelenen bir örnek kanat desenleri ve kanat renklenmesi dikkate alınarak form albina tanımlanmıştır. Tez çalışmasında tespit edilen 56 tür, Hakkâri faunasına ilave olmuştur. Ayrıca, Charissa mardinaria, Isturgia hopfferaria ve Drapanupterula limaria türlerinin dişilerine ait morfolojik özellikler ilk kez bu tez çalışmasında ayrıntılı olarak sunulmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında 27 farklı taksona ait mitokondriyal DNA barkod verilerine (mtCOI geni) ulaşılmıştır. Bunlardan 16 taksonun DNA barkod analizleri değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen moleküler veriler, Rhodostrophia peripheres ve Triphosa silviae türlerinin kesin teşhislerinde belirleyici olmuştur. Bütün bu süreçte alanda tespit edilen her takson taksonomik açıdan tartışılmış ve morfolojik özellikleri detaylı tarif edilmiştir.

This study was carried out on the Geometridae family at a total of 44 different stations in Yüksekova, Şemdinli, Çukurca and Derecik districts, including the Hakkari province and its surroundings, between 2019 and 2023. A total of 153 taxa, 145 of which are at species level, from 67 genera belonging to the subfamilies Desmobathrinae, Ennominae, Geometrinae, Larentiinae and Sterrhinae were determined from the research area. Rhodostrophia peripheres Prout, 1938, Triphosa silviae Wanke, Hausmann & Rajaei, 2019, Eupithecia thurnerata Schütze, 1958 and Eupithecia zagrosata Mironov & Ratzel, 2012 are newly recorded species for the Türkiye fauna. In addition, a total of seven taxa were evaluated in the genus category, including three from the Charissa, two from the Idaea, and one from each of the Eupithecia and Cyclophora genera. A female of Nychiodes rayatica, whose female is not yet known, was selected from the study area and described as an allotype. An individual from the Scopula semnana population collected from the study area was described as form albina, taking into account wing patterns and coloration. Fifty six species from the taxa identified in the thesis study have been added to the Hakkâri fauna. In addition, the morphological characteristics of the female Charissa mardinaria species are presented in detail for the first time in this thesis. Within the scope of the study, mitochondrial DNA barcode data (mtCOI gene) of 27 different taxa were obtained. DNA barcode analyses of 16 of these taxa were evaluated. The molecular data obtained were decisive in the definitive identification of Rhodostrophia peripheres and Triphosa silviae species. During this entire process, each taxon identified in the field was discussed taxonomically and defined morphologically.
