Analysis of Ümmi Sinan's Divan

Abstract

Bu çalışma, XVII. yüzyılda yaşamış olan mutasavvıf şair Ümmî Sinan'ın Divânı'ındaki tüm şiirlerin beş ana başlıkta genel bir tahlili olarak hazırlanmıştır. Şiirlerinde Ümmî Sinan mahlasını kullanan şairin asıl adı Yusuf'tur. Döneminde pek çok kişiyi etkilemiş, insanların gönlünde taht kurmuş, yüzyılın önemli şairlerinden biridir. Yapılan araştırmalar sonucu Divânı hakkında bir tahlil çalışmasına rastlanmadığı için Ümmî Sinan Divânı'nın incelenmesine karar verilmiştir. Çalışmamızda kaynak olarak A. Azmi Bilgin'in hazırladığı 'Ümmî Sinan Divânı' adlı inceleme metin esas alınmıştır. Tezin giriş bölümünde şairin hayatı, doğumu, adı ve mahlası, vefatı, tahsili ve edebi şahsiyeti, tarikatı ve şeyhleri, halifeleri ve eserleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Akabinde şairin mensup olduğu Halvetiyye tarikatı, yaygın tarikatlardan; Kadiriyye, Nakşibendiyye, Mevleviyye, Bektaşiyye, Bayramiyye tarikatı, Hurûfîlik ve Noktavîlik hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Bu bölümde şahsi fikir veya bir görüş ortaya koymak amaçlanmadığı için kaynaklardan derlenen bilgiler bir araya getirilmiştir. Din, Tasavvuf, Tabiat, İnsan ve Toplum adlı temel başlıklarını taşıyan tahlil bölümünde ise şairin yaşadığı devre ait dinî, sosyal, mimarî gibi pek çok hususla ilgili unsurlar tespit edilerek incelenmiştir. Böylelikle hem Ümmî Sinan'ın hayata karşı izlenimi, hem de dönemin dini, tasavvufi, sosyal ve kültürel özelliklerini şiirine nasıl ve ne ölçüde yansıttığı ortaya konulmuştur. Sonuç bölümünde genel bir değerlendirme yapılarak sanatı hakkındaki tespitlere değinilmiştir. Tezin sonunda ise; Divân'da geçen her kelimenin yerini gösteren 'İndeks' bölümüne yer verilmiştir.This study has been prepared as a general analysis of all the poems in the Dıvan of Ümmi Sinan, the sufi poet who lived in the 17th century, under five main headings. The real name of the poet, who uses the pen name Ümmi Sinan in his poems, is Yusuf. He is one of the important poets of the century, who influenced many people in his period and established a throne in the hearts of people. As a result of the researches, it was decided to examine the Dıvan of Ümmi Sinan, since therewas no analysis study about his Dıvan. İn our study, the study text named 'Ümmî Sinan's Dıvan' prepared by a. Azmi Bilgin was taken as the basis. In the introduction part of the thesis, the poet's life, birth, death, name and pseudonym, education and literary personalty, sect and sheikhs, caliphs, and works are emphasized. Subsequently, the Halvetiyye sect to which the poet belonged,was one of the appropriate sects; Informatıon was given about Kadiriyye, Nakşibendiyye, Mevleviyye, Bektaşiyye, Bayramiyye sect, Hurufilik and Noktavilik. In this section, since it is not intended to present a personal opinion or opinion, the information compiled from the sources has been brought together. In the analysis section, which has the main titles of Religion, Sufism, Nature, Human and Society, it is revealed how and to what extent the poet reflected the religious, mystical, social and cultural characteristics of the period in which he lived. In the concluison part a general evaluation was made and the determinations about his art were mentioned. At the and of the thesis; The 'Index' section, which shows the place of each word in the Dıvan, is included.
