Perceptions of Primary School Manager and Teachers for Applying of the E-School in the Ministry of Education

Abstract

E-okul uygulamasının eğitim sistemine katkısını, bu uygulamanın olumlu ve olumsuz yönlerini, sistemin işleyişini ve başarısını en iyi değerlendirecek olanlar, onu kullanan okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerdir. Bu araştırmayla okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin e-okul uygulamasının eğitim sistemine katkısı, sistemin işleyişi ve başarısı ile olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri hakkındaki görüşleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.Evrenimiz Van ili olarak tespit edilmiştir. Van ilinde bulunan 5 eğitim bölgesinden 10 İlköğretim Okulu seçkisiz örneklem yöntemiyle seçilmek suretiyle toplamda 303 Öğretmen ve 26 Okul Yöneticisine anket uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan anketlerden elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında SPSS istatistik paket programı kullanılarak çözümlenmiş, sonrasında da tanımlayıcı istatistiklerde değişkenlere ait gerekli karşılaştırmalar uygun istatistiksel yöntemler kullanılarak yapılmıştır.Yapılan araştırma sonucunda; e-okul uygulamasının sınıf geçme defteri, not cetveli gibi belgeleri ortadan kaldırarak zaman ve işgücü kaybını önlediği görüşü ilk sırada yer alan avantaj olarak belirlenmiştir. Bazı işlemlerdeki kaydet butonunun yönetici modülünden aktif edilmesi ise e-okul uygulamasının en önemli dezavantajı olarak görülmüştür.Anahtar Kelimeler: Algı, eğitim, e-okul, teknoloji.

School managers and teachers using the e-school exactly evaluate contributions of its applying, its pros and cons, failure and success of this system. It has been tried to revealed with this study that thoughts of teachers and school managers about contributions of applying of the e-school to education system, positive-negative sides, activation and success of system.Our universe of Van province have been identified as. 5 Education Region 10 Elementary Schools in Van province chosen by random sampling method consisted of a total of 303 teachers and 26 school Manager. Applied to data from surveys analyzed using SPSS statistical software package, the descriptive statistics of selected variables after the necessary comparisons were made using appropriate statistical methods.Result of this research, the e-school application class pass, note scale, such as documents, eliminating the time and prevent loss of vision in the first place the advantage in the labor force, respectively. Some operations are active in the Save button in the e-school application manager module is seen as the most important disadvantage.Key Words: Education, perception, technology, the e-school.
