On the Instability of Solutions of Differential Equations of Third and Fourth Order

Abstract

Bu tez dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde tez konusu ile ilgili literatür bildirileri verildi. İkinci bölümde tez konusu ile ilgili bazı temel tanım, teoremler ve lemmalar verildi. Ayrıca, tez konusu ile ilgili bazı açıklayıcı örnekler oluşturuldu. Üçüncü bölümde üçüncü basamaktan lineer ve lineer olmayan bazı skaler diferansiyel denklemlerin çözümlerinin kararsızlığı ile ilgili sonuçlar takdim edildi. Son bölümde ise belli türden dördüncü basamaktan lineer olmayan skaler ve vektör diferansiyel denklemlerin sıfır çözümlerinin kararsız olmalarını sağlayan sonuçlar verildi.

This thesis consists of four chapters.In the first chapter the literature related to the subject of the thesis has been introduced.In the second chapter, some basic information; definitions, theorems and lemmas have been given. In addition, some illustrative examples related to the topic of thesis have been established.In the third chapter, some results related to the instability of linear and nonlinear scalar differential equations of third order have been presented.Finally, in the last chapter, some results with respect to the certain nonlinear scalar and vector differential equations of fourth order have been given, which guarantee the instability of trivial solution of the equations considered.
