The Effect of White Cabbage (brassica Oleracea L.) Mixture of Reduced Herbicide Doses With Water Extract on (amaranthus Retroflexus L.) and Maize (zea Mays L.)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, allelopatik etkiye sahip olduğu bilinen beyaz lahana (Brassica oleracea L.)'nın su ekstraktı ile foramsulfuron etken maddeli herbisitin azaltılmış dozlarının, mısır (Zea mays L.) ve kırmızı köklü horozibiği (Amaranthus retroflexus L.) üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışma 2019-2020 yılları arasında Van Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Bitki Koruma Bölümünde yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada beyaz lahana bitkisinin su ekstraktı (%15, 30, 45 ve 60), foramsulfuron etken maddeli herbisitin ruhsatlı dozu (200 ml/da) ve azaltılmış dozları 100ml/da, 50ml/da ve 25ml/da olarak kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca azaltılmış dozlar lahana ekstraktları ile birlikte uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre mısır bitkisinde uygulamalar arasında fark gözlenmemiştir. Buna karşılık kırmızı köklü horozibiğinde kuru ağırlıkta karışım (ekstrakt + azaltılmış doz) uygulamaları arasında farklılık olup ruhsatlı herbisit dozuna en yakın grupta yer almıştır. Ayrıca yaş ağırlıkta da benzer bir durum gözlenmiş olup ruhsatlı herbisit dozuna en yakın uygulamanın lahana ekstraktının %30, %45 ve %60 konsantrasyonları ile azaltılmış herbisit dozlarının birlikte uygulanmasından elde edildiği belirlenmiştir. Uygulamalardan mısır bitkisinde fitotoksitite olmaması ve kırmızı köklü horozibiğinin karışım uygulamalarının ruhsatlı dozlara yakın grupta yer almasının çalışmanın pratiğe aktarılmasında son derece önemli bir sonuç olduğu düşünülmektedir. In this study, the effects of aqueous extract of white cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.) known to have allelopathic effects and reduced doses of foramsulfuron active ingredient herbicide on corn (Zea mays L.) and redroot pigweed (Amaranthus retroflexus L.) were investigated. The study was carried out at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Plant Protection between 2019-2020. In the study, the aqueous extract of white cabbage (15%, 30%, 45% and 60%), the licensed dose (200ml/da) of herbicide with active ingredient foramsulfuron and reduced doses of this herbicide were used as 100 ml/da, 50 ml/da and 25 ml/da. In addition, reduced doses were administered with cabbage extracts. According to the results obtained, no difference was observed between the applications in the corn plant. On the other hand, no difference was observed between dry weight mixture (extract + reduced dose) applications redroot pigweed, and it was in the group closest to the licensed herbicide dose. In addition, a similar situation was observed in wet weight, and it was determined that the closest application to the licensed herbicide dose was obtained from the combined application of 30%, 45% and 60% concentrations of cabbage extract and reduced herbicide doses. It is thought that the absence of phytotoxicity in the corn plant and the fact that the mixture applications of the redroot pigweed are close to the licensed doses are an extremely important result in putting the study into practice.
