| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to develop a model for the sub-system of education supervision in Turkey and to put forth how the developed model is adopted and applicable by the education supervisors. The population of this study in which qualitative and quantitative research design are used together, includes education supervisors working all across Turkey. The sample of the present study is composed of 555 education supervisors selected in two provinces of each geographic region. Within the scope of the survey, a model has been developed for the education sub-system in Turkey and this model has been offered to the education supervisors' opinion. In the study, it is concluded that the education supervisors have completely adopted the offered model for the Turkish education system and considered it as applicable. | en_US |
