Place of Philosophy Intuitions Henri Bergson

Abstract

H. Bergson felsefesinin temel karakterlerini izah etmeye çalıştığımız bu çalışmamızda, öncelikle O'nun hayatını, düşünce atmosferini ve bu atmosferin oluşumuna önayak olan fikir çevresini ele almaya özen gösterdik çalışmanın tabiatı gereği sonraki aşamalarda Henri Bergson'un sezgi temelli epistemolojisini ve ayrıca bilginin imkân ve olanaklarını biraz da O'nun nazariyesinden vermeye çalıştık. Tezimiz genel itibariyle şu dört evreden oluşturuldu:Birinci evrede Henri Bergson'un hayatı, eserleri ve düşünce çevresi ele alındı. Bergson'un yaşadığı çağdan günümüze fikirlerinin etkisi salt felsefi değil, bunun yanında diğer bilim dallarıyla da ilintilendirilerek sürmüştür. Bu yüzden O'nun yaşadığı çevre ve fikri gelişimini değerlendirmek Bergson felsefesinin açılımını ortaya koymak bakımından önemli görüldü.İkinci evrede Henri Bergson'un felsefesinin genel konsept içindeki yeri ve işlevine değinildi. Bu kısımda O'nun görüşlerinin mihverini oluşturan sezgi anlayışının genel felsefi düşünüşünün karakteristiğini nasıl belirlediği ve felsefi görüşlerinin tarz olarak nasıl yansıdığı, hangi ekollerle bağdaştığına ya da etkide bulunduğuna değinildi.Üçüncü evrede H. Bergson'un epistemolojisinin çağında baskın olan anlayışla mukayesesi ve onun baskın olan epistemolojik temellendirmeye getirdiği eleştiriler ele alınarak ve böylece sezgi temelli epistemolojisinin genel yayılımı ortaya konarak sezgi ve buna dayalı metafizik'in temellendirilmesinin hangi bağlamda gerçekleştirildiği görüldü.Dördüncü evrede O'nun epistemolojisi daha olgun ve sofistike biçimde ortaya konuldu. Bergson'un düşüncesini orijinal kılan ve sezginin insan gerçekliği içinde nasıl gerçeklik kazandığı ve serimlendiğini ortaya koyan çözümlemeleri ele alınıp irdelendi. Özellikle bilincin yapısı, buna dayalı olan bilimsel yöntemin saptanması Bergsoncu epistemolojinin gerçekliği nasıl temellendirdiği ve bu temellendirmede sezginin rolü ve işlevi üzerinde duruldu. Nihayet Bergsoncu epistemolojinin üzerine inşa edildiği sezgi kavramının yaşamı, zamanı, yaşamsal sürecin içindeki fonksiyonu nasıl etkilediği ortaya kondu.

In this study we try to explain basic characteristics of Henri Bergson?s philosophy so that we take care to handle primarily his life, atmosphere of thought and environment of opinion that led this atmosphere. As a result of nature of the study, in the next bases we try to give Henri Bergson?s intuitive based epistemology and also possibility and resources of knowledge from his point of view.The thesis generally constructed of these four phases given below:The life, works and environment of thought have been handled in the first phase. The effects of Bergson?s opinions have not only been on philosophy but also the effects have been continued on the other scientific fields. Because of that it was important to evaluate his living environment and development of thought in order to open Bergson?s philosophy.In the second phase it was mentioned about the place and function of Henri Bergson?s philosophy in the general concept. In this phase it was dealt with how his intuitive conception, which constructs axis of his thoughts, determined his philosophical thinking. Also it was dealt with the reflection of Bergson?s genre of philosophical thoughts, their connections or effects with/on other schools.In the third phase the comparison of Bergson?s epistemology with dominant perception of his era and the critics that he pointed to dominant epistemological perception have been handled. So that the general invasion of intuitive based epistemology displayed in order to see the concept op intuitive and intuitive based metaphysic.In the forth phase Bergson?s epistemology was displayed in more mature and sophisticated way. The solutions that make Bergson?s thought original and show how his intuitive thought get actuality in the human authenticity have been handled. It was especially focused on the construct of conscious and to determine the scientific method based on that construction along with how Bergson?s epistemology establishes reality, the role and function of intuitive.Finally it was displayed how the concept of intuitive that Bergson?s epistemology has been built on, effects life, time and vital process.
