A Research on Agricultural Credit Use and Support of Fishery Products of Trb2 (van, Bitlis, Muş, Hakkâri) Region

Abstract

Bu çalışma, TRB2 bölgesi (Van, Bitlis, Muş ve Hakkâri) illerinde bulunan, tatlı suda su ürünleri yetiştiriciliği yapan işletmelerin aldıkları desteklemeler ve su ürünleri kredisi kullanımlarını, kredi temininde karşılaştıkları sorunları ve kredileri ne amaçla kullandıklarını ortaya koymak amacıyla 2018 yılında yapılmıştır. Çalışma Van, Bitlis, Muş ve Hakkâri ilerinde bulunan Gıda Tarım ve Orman İl Müdürlüklerine kayıtlı işletmeleri kapsamaktadır. Küçük aile işletmesi olarak adlandırılan, 25 ton/yıl kapasiteli işletmelerden 35 adet, mühendis çalıştırılması mecburi (50≥ ton/yıl) olan işletmeler 13 adet ve 250 ton/yıl üzeri olan büyük kapasiteli işletmeler 7 adet olmak üzere 55 adet su ürünleri yetiştiricilik tesisi bulunmaktadır. Çalışmada kullanılan veriler bu işletmelerden tam sayım yöntemi ile yüz yüze anket uygulaması yapılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırma yapılacak olan TRB2 bölgesi illerinde bulunan su ürünleri tesislerinin üretim sırasında karşılaştığı problemler, yem maliyeti, pazarlama, üretim bilgi eksikliği vb. konuların ilgili kuruluşlara iletilmesi hedeflenmektedir.This study was carried out in 2018 in order to reveal the supports received by the enterprises engaged in aquaculture in fresh water in the provinces of TRB2 region (Van, Bitlis, Muş and Hakkari) and their use of aquaculture credits, the problems they encountered in obtaining credits and for what purpose they used the credits. The study covers the enterprises registered in the Provincial Directorates of Food, Agriculture and Forestry in Van, Bitlis, Muş and Hakkari. There are 55 aquaculture facilities, 35 of which are called small family businesses with a capacity of 25 tons/year, 13 businesses that have to employ engineers (50≥ tons/year), and 7 large enterprises with a capacity of over 250 tons/year. . The data used in the study were obtained from these enterprises by applying a face-to-face survey with the full count method. The problems faced by the aquaculture facilities in the provinces of TRB2 region to be researched during production, feed cost, marketing, lack of production information etc. It is aimed to convey the issues to the relevant institutions.
