Abstract
Bu çalışmada, bakteriyel enfeksiyonlar, kanser, AIDS ve bunlar gibi çeşitli hastalıklarla mücadelede ilaç sektörü ve tıpta yaygın olarak kullanılan bileşiklerden olan pirimidin türevlerinden yeni tiyoksoprimidin türevleri ve yeni tiyazolo-pirimidin türevleri sentezlenmiştir. Çalışmamızın ilk basamağında yeni tiyoksoprimidin türevlerinin sentezi için 2,2-dimetil-1,3-dioksan-4,6-dion bileşiğinin çeşitli aromatik aldehitler ve tiyoüre ile HCl katalizörlüğünde reaksiyonları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmamızın ikinci aşamasında, elde ettiğimiz yeni tiyoksoprimidin türevlerinin potasyum karbonat katalizörlüğünde propargil bromür ile reaksiyonları incelenmiş ve yeni tiyazolo-pirimidin bileşikleri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen tüm bu bileşiklerin karakterize edilmesinde 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, LC-MS ve IR spektroskopilerinden faydalanılmıştır.
In this study, new thioxoprimidine derivatives and new thiazolo-pyrimidine derivatives were synthesised from pyrimidine derivatives, which are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry and medicine in the fight against bacterial infections, cancer, AIDS and various other such diseases. In the first step of our study, HCl catalysed reactions of 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione with various aromatic aldehydes and thiourea were carried out for the synthesis of new thioxoprimidine derivatives. In the second stage of our study, the reactions of the new thioxoprimidine derivatives with propargyl bromide under potassium carbonate catalysed conditions were investigated and new thiazolo-pyrimidine compounds were obtained. 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, LC-MS and IR spectroscopies were used to characterise these compounds.
