The Investigation on Ill People That Applied To About the Hospital of Adıyaman Spreading of Intenstinal Protozoons

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Adıyaman Devlet Hastanesine başvuran hastalarda bağırsakprotozoonlarının dağılımını araştırmak amacıyla planlanmıştır. Çeşitli yaş gruplarındaki193'ü kadın 207'si erkek toplam 400 kişi bağırsak protozoonları yönündenincelenmiştir. Dışkı numuneleri nativ-lugol ve yoğunlaştırma yöntemiyledeğerlendirmeye alınmıştır. İncelenen örneklerde; Entamoeba histolytica 107 (%26.75),E. Coli 2(%0.5), Giardia İntestinalis 19(%4.75) ve 19(%4.75) hastada ise diğerparazitler görülmüştür. Hastalardaki şikayetler; ishal, kanlı ishal, karın ağrısı ve midebulantısıdır. 0-6 yaş grubunda 11(%2.75),7-12 yaş grubunda 11(%2.75), 13-25 yaşgrubunda 32(%8), 26-40 yaş grubunda 48(%12), 40 yaş ve üstü yaş grubunda43(%10.75) hasta görülmüştür.Anahtar kelimeler: Bağırsak Protozoonları , Adıyaman, İnsan, Dışkı

This investigartion wasplanned to examine spreading of intestinal protozoons on ill people that aplied to thehospital of Adıyaman. The porttens of stool, wich were take from 193 women and 203men total 400 people in different group of ages, had been examined to describespreading of intestinal protozoons. The patterns of stool had been examined in twomedhad is nativ ? lugal and condensation; one or more parasite species were found inthe patterns. Entamoeba histolytica 107 (%26.75), E. Coli 2(%0.5), Giardia İntestinalis19(%4.75) in 19(%4.75) ill people other parasites were encountered. The complainingsof ill people were diarhoea, bloady diarrhoeda, stomachache, mausea. The parasiteswere encountered in different group of ages: 11(%2.75) between 0-6 ages; 11(%2.75)between 7-12 ages ; 32(%8) between 12-25 ages; 48(%12) between 26-40 ages end43(%10.75) above 40 years old.Key words: Intestinal Protozoons , Adıyaman, human, feces
