Dıalogue In Educatıon Accordıng To the Opınıons of School Managers, Teachers and Students

Abstract

Sanayi toplumundan bilgi toplumuna geçiş bir toplumun tüm öğelerini etkileyerek toplumu yeniden yapılanma sürecine götürür. Yeni toplumun-bilgi toplumu- gereksinimlerine cevap vermek için toplumla ters düşmeyecek, toplumu geliştirecek özellikler ile donatılmış bireylere ihtiyaç vardır. Bu bireylerin yetiştirilmesi için eğitim sisteminin çağa uygun şekilde kendini sürekli yenilemesi gerekmektedir. Bu araştırmada 21. Yüzyılın önemli yeterlilikleri arasında gösterilen diyalog kavramı eğitim çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Bütünün önemi göz önünde tutularak, bütünün parçaları ve parçaların bütüne ve birbirine nasıl etki ettiği ve bu etkilerin yansımalarını bütünsel çerçevede araştırmak için nitel araştırma yöntemi desenlerinden olgubilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2023- 2024 eğitim ve öğretim yılında ortaöğretim kademesinde görev yapan okul yöneticileri, öğretmen ve öğrenciler oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak amaçlarla tutarlı, hedeflere ulaştırıcı açık uçlu soruların yer aldığı yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre etkili oluşturulamayan diyaloğun hemen hemen her alanda eksikliğinin hissedileceği, bu eksikliğin göz ardı edilmesi, fazla önemsenmemesi durumunda kaosun oluşacağı ve toplumun bu durumdan ciddi şeklide zarar göreceği vurgulanmıştır. Katılımcılar sınıfların, ideal olarak, öğrenci ve öğretmenlerin birlikte anlayış geliştirdikleri bilgi oluşturma ortamlarını oluşturduğu göz önüne alınırsa öğretmenlerin, etkinlikleri ve zamanı düzenleyerek etkileşimli fırsatların dinamiklerini yaratmaları ve şekillendirmeleri gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir. Bununla beraber öğretmenler arasındaki diyaloğun hem onlar hem de öğrenciler üzerindeki etkisi, öğretmenlerin öğrenciler ve öğrencilerin kendi arasındaki etkileşimin kalitesi ile eğitim diyaloğunun kalitesi, sınıflarda bilgi ve öğrenmenin inşası için kritik öneme sahip düşüncesini öne çıkarmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında bireyi, toplumu ve eğitim sistemini geliştirecek önerilerde bulunulmuştur.The transition from industrial society to information society affects all elements of a society and leads to a process of restructuring. In order to meet the needs of the new society - the information society - individuals are needed who will not be in conflict with society but are equipped with characteristics that will develop society. In order to raise these individuals, the education system must constantly renew itself in accordance with the age. In this research, the concept of dialogue, which is shown among the important competencies of the 21st century, was discussed within the framework of education. Considering the importance of the whole, the phenomenological design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used to investigate the parts of the whole and how the parts affect the whole and each other, and the reflections of these effects within a holistic framework. The study group of the research consisted of school administrators, teachers and students working at the secondary education level in the 2023-2024 academic year.A semi-structured interview form containing open-ended questions consistent with the aims and reaching the objectives was used as a data collection tool in the study. Content analysis technique was used in the analysis of data. According to the results of this research, it has been emphasized that the absence of effective dialogue will be felt in almost every field, and if this deficiency is ignored and not given much importance, chaos will occur and society will be seriously harmed by this situation. Participants stated that teachers need to create and shape the dynamics of interactive opportunities by organizing activities and time, given that classrooms ideally constitute knowledge-building environments where students and teachers develop understanding together. However, the impact of dialogue between teachers on both them and their students has highlighted the idea that the quality of interaction between teachers and between students and the quality of educational dialogue is critical to the construction of knowledge and learning in classrooms. Within the scope of the study, suggestions were made to improve the individual, society and the education system.
