Synthesis of Various Pyrimidine Derivatives and Research Their Advanced Reactions
Abstract
Dibenzoilmetan, aromatik aldehitler ve tiyoüre kullanılarak Biginelli reaksiyonu olarak bilinen üç komponentli siklokondenzasyon reaksiyonu ile daha önce çalışma grubumuz tarafından elde edilmiş olan 5-benzoil-4,6-difenil-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-tiyoksopirimidin (1), 5-benzoil-4-(3-nitro)fenil-6-fenil-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-tiyoksopirimidin (2) ve 5-benzoil-4-(4-karboksi)fenil-6-fenil-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-tiyoksopirimidin (3) bileşiklerinin çeşitli ileri kademe reaksiyonları araştırıldı.Sentezlenmiş olan bütün pirimidin türevlerinin yapıları analitik ve spektroskopik yöntemlerle karakterize edildi ve reaksiyon mekanizmaları tartışıldı.
The thiopyrimidin derivatives were synthesized using the Biginelli three component cyclocondensation reaction of dibenzoylmethane, arylaldehydes, and thiourea, which are previously synthesized by our working group. The various advanced reactions were carried out of the 5-benzoyl-4,6-diphenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2- thiooxopyrimidine (1), 5- benzoyl-4-(3-nitro)phenyl-6-phenyl-1,2,3,4- tetrahydro-2- thiooxopyrimidine (2) ve 5- benzoyl-4-(4-karboksi)phenyl-6-phenyl-1,2,3,4- tetrahydro-2- thiooxopyrimidine (3).All of these derivatives have been characterized by analytical and spectroscopic studies and the reaction mechanisms were discussed.
