Abstract
Bu çalışma Erzincan yöresinde yetiştirilen Aksakkı ve Karasakkı elma genotiplerinin üstün özelliklere sahip olanlarını belirlemek amacıyla 2006-2007 yılları arasında Erzincan'da yapılmıştır. İlk yıl 76, ikinci yıl ise 68 elma tipi üzerinde morfolojik, fenolojik ve pomolojik analizler yapılmış ve yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda 10 adet ümitvar tip tespit edilmiştir. İki yılın ortalama rakamlarına göre, incelenen Aksakkı elma genotiplerinde meyve ağırlıkları 84.65-175.41 g, meyve eti sertliği 5.47-8.72 kg/cm², TEAM % 0.499-0.900, pH değeri % 3.24-3.65 arasında; karasakkı elma genotiplerinde ise meyve ağırlıkları 86.39-154.27 g, meyve eti sertliği 6.95-8.33 kg/cm², TEAM % 0.488-0.890, pH değerleri % 3.40-3.55 arasında belirlenmiştir.Genel olarak Aksakkı elmalarının Karasakkı elmalarına oranla daha üstün özelliklere sahip olduğu saptanmıştır.Anahtar kelimeler: Erzincan, Elma, Aksakkı, Karasakkı, Meyve, Ağaç
This study was performed to determine promising Aksakkı and Karasakkı apple genotypes grown in Erzincan during 2006-2007. The morphological, phonological and pomological properties were recorded for 76 apple genotypes in the first year and 68 genotypes in the second year. Based on pomological evaluations, 10 promising genotypes were identified. According to the mean values of two years, 84.65-175.41 fruit weight, 5.47-8.72 fruit flesh firmness, % 0.499-0.900 titretable acidity and 3.24-3.65 pH for Aksakkı genotypes and 86.39-154.27 fruit weight, 6.95-8.33 fruit flesh firmness, 0.488-0.890 titretable acidity and 3.40-3.55 pH for Karasakkı genotypes were determined.In general, Aksakkı apples had higher superior properties than Karasakkı apple genotypes.Key words: Erzincan, Apple, Aksakkı, Karasakkı, Fruit, Tree
