dc.description.abstract Objective: Non-melanotic skin canser (NMSC), which are basal cell (BCC) and squamuos cell carsinom (SCC), are commonest type of the skin canser. Simultaneously, multible NMSC can be accepted as a sub group of the NMSC and it can be sporadic. The treatment and follow up the those patients require special attention. There has been not taken an enough interest in this subject on literature yet. We have investigated that patients who has simultaneously 3 and more NMSC. Material and Methods: The patients who has simultaneously 3 and more NMSC admitted to our unit between October 1999 and October 2009 and the causes of the NMSC were investigated. Results: During 10 years period, 510 patients who had skin canser admitted to our unit. 29 of 510 patients had simultaneously 3 and more NMSC. Nineten out of 29 (%65.51) patients were male and 10 out of 29 (%34.49) were female. The mean age was 66.24. Totally 182 NMSC were excised from the 29 patients. Histopathologic result of 182 lesions were 109 (%59.89) basal cell carsinoma and 73 (%40.11) squamous cell carsinoma. Conclusion: The patient who has simultaneously 3 and more NMSC should be followed up closely and be alerted that the patient may have another skin cansers.
