Children's Magazines and the Extent of Their Contributions To Children's Literature (example of Mecelleti Magazine)

Abstract

Alemlerin Rabbi olan Allah'a hamt ve sena ederiz. Bütün övgüler O'nadır. Alemlere rahmet olarak gönderilen Resulüne de salat ve selam olsun. Çocukluk, insanların yaşadığı en önemli ve uzun yaç aralığıdır. Bu dönemde insan belli bir gelişim sistemi içinden geçerken diğer taraftan belli oranda bir bilinç ve akıl yetisine sahip olmaya başlar. Çünkü insan, bilinç olarak farklı bir yöne sahiptir. Irakta eğitim, değişik mecralarda, çoğu da devlet eliyle olmak üzere yürütülmektedir. Bu anlamda eğitim materyali olarak kitaplar ve resmi olarak izin verilmiş diğer eğitim öğretim elemanları kullanılmaktadır. Bu materyallerin çocuklar üzerinde farklı etkileri vardır. Bunlardan biri de hiç şüphesiz ırak'ta çıkarılan çocuk dergileridir. Bu dergiler, hem eğitim, hem bilim hem de kültür ve edebiyat noktasında ciddi bir katkı sunmaktalar. Bunların içinde bir kısmı çocuklara bilimi sevdirirken bir kısmı da edebi ve ahlaki manada bir işlevi yerine getirir. Eğlenceli tarih dergisi diyebeileceğimiz dergiler de bazen sahnede yerini alırken diğer taraftan çalışmaıza konu olan 'Mecelletî' gibi dergiler Irak çocuk edebiyatına yaptğı katkılarla öne çıkmaktadır. Eğitimin çocuklar üzerinde bırakabileceği pozitif etkiye ciddi katkılarda bulunan Mecelleti dergisi, uzun soluklu yayıncılık hayatıyla edebi manada önemli bir yere sahiptir. Mecelleti dergisi, içerik olarak hem ahalakî hem de bilimsel bir kaygı taşımaktaydı. İçerikteki hikayeler, ele alınan konular, hem ahalkî yapıya iyi bir etki bırakırken diğer taraftan edebi bir etki de bırakmaktaydı. Bu etki sadece insanlar arasında bahsedilen bir konu olmaktan öte hem diğer dergilere hem de genel manada çocuk edebiyatına etki edecek bir yöne sahipti.Childhood is the most important and longest age range in which people live. Because human has a different aspect as consciousness. Education in Iraq is carried out in different channels, mostly by the state. In this sense, books and other officially authorized education and teaching staff are used as educational materials. These materials have different effects on children. One of them is undoubtedly the children's magazines published in Iraq. These journals make a serious contribution to education, science, culture and literature. While some of them make children love science, some of them fulfill a literary and moral function. While magazines that we can call entertaining history magazines sometimes take their place on the stage, on the other hand, magazines such as 'Mecelleti', which are the subject of our study, stand out with their contributions to Iraqi children's literature. Mecelleti magazine, which makes serious contributions to the positive impact that education can have on children, has an important place in the literary sense with its long-term publishing life. Mecelleti magazine had both a moral and a scientific concern in terms of content. The stories in the content and the topics covered both had a good effect on the public structure and on the other hand had a literary effect. This effect was not only a subject that was talked about among people, but also had a direction that would affect both other magazines and children's literature in general.
