Abstract
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı çevrimiçi karar verme becerisi psiko-eğitim programının etkisini test etmektir. Bu amaçla iki bölüm halinde yürütülen çalışmada öncelikle karar verme stillerinin nasıl şekillendiği ile ilgili oluşturulan model kapsamında üniversite öğrencilerinin algıladıkları anne baba tutumları, karar verme stilleri ve öğrenilmiş güçlülük düzeyleri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Daha sonra çevrimiçi psiko-eğitim programının karar verme stilleri üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde karma yöntem araştırma modellerinden açımlayıcı sıralı desen, ikinci bölümünde ise iç içe gömülü desen kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın nicel verileri, Anne Baba Tutum Ölçeği, Melbourne Karar Verme Stilleri Ölçeği ve Rosenbaum Öğrenilmiş Güçlülük Ölçeği, nitel verileri ise araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu, Oturum Değerlendirme Formu ve Psiko-Eğitim Programı Değerlendirme Formu ile elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde nicel veriler, uygun/kazara örnekleme yolu ile 534 üniversite öğrencisinden, nitel veriler de bu öğrenciler arasından amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yolu ile seçilen 12 öğrenciden toplanmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise nicel veriler 11'i deney grubu, 11'i kontrol grubu olmak üzere toplam 22 üniversite öğrencisinden, nitel veriler ise deney grubunda yer alan 11 üniversite öğrencisinden toplanmıştır. Nicel verilerin analizinde, Pearson korelasyon katsayısı, SPSS Process ile Aracı Değişken (Model 4), Freidman Mertebeler Testi, Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar Testi ve ilişkisiz örneklemler için Mann Whitney U-Testi kullanılmış, nitel verilerin analizinde ise içerik analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Birinci bölümden elde edilen nicel bulgulara göre; değişkenler arasında anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu ve anne baba tutumlarının hem doğrudan hem de öğrenilmiş güçlülük aracılığı ile karar verme stillerini kısmi olarak yordadığı belirlenmiştir. Aynı zamanda nitel bulguların nicel bulguları açıkladığı yönünde sonuçlar ortaya çıkmıştır. Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde, çevrimiçi psiko-eğitim programının katılımcıların karar verme özsaygısı ile dikkatli karar verme stili üzerinde kısmen anlamlı bir artış, kaçıngan karar verme stilinde kısmen anlamlı bir azalma ve erteleyici karar verme stilinde ise anlamlı bir azalma yarattığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca psiko-eğitim programının öğrencilerin panik karar verme stili üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi olmadığı görülmüştür. Katılımcılar ile yapılan nitel görüşmeler neticesinde, psiko-eğitim programının kendilerine olumlu katkılar sağladığı ve programda eksik gördükleri hususlar ile ilgili öneriler sundukları görülmektedir. The main purpose of this research is to test the effect of the online decision-making skills psycho-educational program. For this purpose, in the study carried out in two parts, first of all, the relationship between university students' perceived parental attitudes, decision-making styles and learned resourcefulness levels was examined within the scope of the model created about how decision-making styles are shaped. Then, the effect of the online psycho-educational program on decision making styles was examined. In the first part of the study, the exploratory sequential design, which is one of the mixed method research models, was used, and in the second part, the nested embedded design was used. The quantitative data of the study were obtained with the Parent Attitude Scale, the Melbourne Decision-Making Style Scale and the Rosenbaum Learned Resourcefulness Scale, while the qualitative data were obtained with the Semi-Structured Interview Form, Session Evaluation Form and Psycho-Education Program Evaluation Form prepared by the researcher. In the first part of the study, quantitative data were collected from 534 university students by convenient/accidental sampling, and qualitative data were collected from 12 students selected from among these students by criterion sampling, one of the purposive sampling methods. In the second part, quantitative data were collected from a total of 22 university students, 11 of which were in the experimental group and 11 in the control group, while qualitative data were collected from 11 university students in the experimental group. Pearson correlation coefficient, Mediator Variable with SPSS Process (Model 4), Freidman Test of Orders, Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Mann Whitney U-Test for unrelated samples were used in the analysis of quantitative data, and content analysis was used in the analysis of qualitative data. According to the quantitative findings obtained from the first chapter; It was determined that there were significant relationships between the variables and that parental attitudes partially predicted decision-making styles both directly and through learned resourcefulness. At the same time, results emerged that qualitative findings explain quantitative findings. In the second part of the study, it was determined that the online psycho-education program caused a partially significant increase in the participants' decision-making self-esteem and careful decision-making style, a partially significant decrease in the avoidant decision-making style, and a significant decrease in the procrastinating decision-making style. In addition, it was seen that the psycho-education program did not have a significant effect on the panic decision-making style of the students. As a result of the qualitative interviews with the participants, it is seen that the psycho-education program made positive contributions to them and they offered suggestions about the issues they deem lacking in the program.
