Abstract
Bu çalışmada, HPLC (Yüksek Performanslı Sıvı Kromatografisi) yöntemi ile Van gölü havzasında bulunan Adilcevaz, Bahçesaray, Çatak, Edremit, Gevaş yöreleri ile Van merkezde yetiştirilen cevizlerde Vitamin E düzeyleri tespit edilmiştir. Örneklerin yaş cevizdeki ?- Tokoferol miktarları sırasıyla 2.36 ± 0.01 µg/g, 5.01 ± 0.31 µg/g, 6.23 ± 0.15 µg/g, 7.20 ± 0.28 µg/g, 3.99 ± 0.46 µg/g, 5.05 ± 0.30 µg/g ve ?-Tokoferol miktarlarıda bölgelere göre sırasıyla 23.80 ± 0.52 µg/g, 16.54 ± 1.08 µg/g, 14.82 ± 0.46 µg/g, 17.34 ± 0.78 µg/g, 11.91 ± 0.40 µg/g, 15.57 ± 0.90 µg/g olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırmada kuru cevizdeki ?- Tokoferol miktarları sırasıyla 5.13 ± 0.26 µg/g , 6.84 ± 0.31 µg/g , 7.58 ± 0.40 µg/g, 10.49 ± 0.51 µg/g, 8.65 ± 0.34 µg/g, 5.82 ± 0.19 µg/g ve ?-Tokoferol miktarlarıda bölgelere göre 33.10 ± 1.65 µg/g, 21.97 ± 0.87 µg/g, 20.98 ± 0.83 µg/g, 29.19 ± 0.80 µg/g, 21.09 ± 0.24 µg/g, 18.41 ± 0.82 µg/g olarak tespit edilmiştir.Anahter kelimeler: Ceviz, Vitamin E, Van gölü havzası, HPLC, Tokoferol
